Melinda Gillespie, LMHC, with extensive experience working with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults. She holds a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Certified Master Accelerated Resolution Therapist (ART). Melinda provides support for a wide range of concerns, including trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. Her integrative, client-centered approach draws from CBT, DBT techniques, mindfulness, and ART to promote emotional regulation, insight, and trauma resolution.
